When the delivery truck returns to the warehouse the empty body can be quickly demounted. The driver can then mount a preloaded body and, in a very short time, be back on the road making deliveries. Productivity is increased with no driver or truck down time.

Maximum Warehouse Efficiency

The ability to pre-load bodies without waiting for the truck to return means that warehouse loading teams can be smaller, while simultaneously eliminating the rush to load vehicles early in the morning or late in the day on overtime. Vehicles on long runs today can have alternate bodies pre-loaded and can still leave early the next day. The result is a smooth loading schedule with no overtime or second shifts.

Diverse Body Types

The TruckTainer system allows operators to use different body types on the same chassis. A truck that operates as a flatbed today can be a van body tomorrow. All bodies in a particular fleet can interchange with all trucks in that fleet.
