Center Moriches Paper, Delivering Paper Products Using The Demountable Truck Body System For Over 25 Years - August 10, 2005

For the past 25 years, Bruce Kronman, owner of Center Moriches Paper, in Center Moriches NY, has worked with Demountable Concepts, Inc. to deliver his paper products faster and more efficiently.

Before the demountable system, “I had twice as many trucks, which caused me to have unnecessary insurance and maintenance cost. The Demountable Truck Body System allowed me to save money in these areas by reducing our fleet size.” Stated Bruce Kornman. The Demountable Truck Body System was not the first choice that Bruce Kronman looked at when attempting to solve his problem. “At first, I was considering the use of trailers with smaller bodies. During this process, I ran into license and insurance restrictions with the trailers. In the end, I realized that it would cost me more money in the long run if I went with the trailers.”

I was able to send another truck out there and swap bodies. In doing so, I was able to still do that day’s deliveries and not have the hassle of taking time to unload and reload a new truck.”
