Standard Features
Body Kit
Kit includes:
Front Legs
- Two (2) swing down/fold up design
- Front legs pull out for truck tire clearance
- Safety yellow handle grips on legs
- Two speed crank legs - 17" travel
- Heavy duty steel cross tube with 'zerk' grease fittings
- Skid plates to protect cross tube from damage
- 4" deep steel crossmembers fully welded and reinforced
- Safety chain with hook to hold legs up in transit
- Standard crank handle and telescoping cross shaft
- Reflective tape for improved safety
Rear Legs
- Two (2) swing down/fold up design
- Steel leg brace supports
- Safety yellow handle grips on legs
- Two speed crank legs - 17" travel
- Under body design
- Standard crank handle and cross shaft
- 4" deep steel crossmembers fully welded and reinforced
- Safety pin and retainer to hold legs up in transit
Chassis Kit
Kit includes:
Body Clamps
- Four (4) heavy duty body hold down clamps
- Extra long handle with safety yellow grip for easy latching
- Spring tension clamp with safety latch
- Grade 8 bolt and lock-nut
Alignment
- Four (4) heavy duty tapered steel side guides to aid body to truck alignment
Available Optional Equipment
Front Body Shop
- Heavy duty reinforced front body stop
- Bolt on design with mounting angle and gusset
- Necessary to keep body from shifting forward
Alignment Yoke
- Under-body tapered 'yoke' system to match alignment wedge on chassis
- Tapered steel channels and cross supports
Body Clamps
- Additional body clamps recommended for units over 18'
Independent Rear Crank Legs
- For use with bodies that require slide out walk ramp
Slide Out Rear Crank Legs
- For use with bodies when a hydraulic lift gate is specified
